The Service

Career Snapshot uses AI to generate a career infographic from information you provide. You review and customize the result, and we deliver it to you by email.

Your content

• You may only submit information you own or have the right to use, and it must be accurate and lawful.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit and of the final infographic we deliver, which you may use for your personal and professional purposes.
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service, and to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve it.

AI-generated output

The Service uses AI, which can produce errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing your infographic before using it. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including employment results.

Payments

• Prices are shown at checkout (e.g., $4.99 generation; $9.99 with 30-day editing; $19.99 bundle). Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Editing and bundle access are time-limited (30 days) as described at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Each purchase produces a personalized digital product delivered immediately, so all sales are generally final. If something goes wrong — for example, a failed delivery or rendering error — email [email protected] and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or its rate limits.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
