Information we collect

• Career information you provide — text you paste, or a résumé/LinkedIn PDF you upload. We extract the text to generate your infographic.
• Photo (optional) you upload for your infographic.
• Email address, used to deliver your kit and send related messages.
• Payment information, processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Basic usage/technical data (e.g., request logs and errors) to operate and secure the Service.

How we use your information

• To generate, customize, render, and deliver your infographic.
• To process payments and provide customer support.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Service. Any use for analytics or product improvement is in anonymized, aggregated form.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare R2 — file storage
• Neon — database hosting
• An AI provider — to process your career text and generate content. Your photo is not sent to the AI.
• LinkedIn — advertising analytics (see "Cookies & advertising analytics" below).

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & advertising analytics

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which sets LinkedIn cookies and shares limited data — your IP address, the page you visited, a timestamp, and basic device/browser information — with LinkedIn. This helps us measure the performance of our ads and reach people who have visited our site. If you are a logged-in LinkedIn member, LinkedIn may associate this activity with your account.

You can opt out of LinkedIn ad-tracking in your LinkedIn ad settings, and learn more in LinkedIn's Privacy Policy. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

Data retention

• The text and generated content of your project are retained to operate the Service, and (only in anonymized form) to improve it.
• Rendered image files: for one-time purchases, files are delivered via a short-lived link and are not retained beyond the download window. For editing/bundle purchases, the latest image is retained during your 30-day editing window, then moved to cold storage.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your rights").

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. To make a request, email us at [email protected].

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
